Capacity: It is the amount of liquid a container or bottle can hold Volume: It is the amount of liquid that is in a container at a particular time. Homonyms, Homographs and Homophenes  Homonyms are words that have same sound but different meaning. There are Two Types of Homonyms 1. HOMOGRAPHS • These are the words with same spelling but different meanings. Example:  Tear means to pull something apart with force.
